LATE SHOWS:
We understand that sometimes your appointment gets delayed or there is an emergency and you are late for your scheduled pickup. Our drivers will wait 30 minutes for you. If your appointment lasts over 30 minutes, we'll still pick you up but we request that you give us a call so we can send our next available driver to pick you up.
CANCELLATION:
If you need to cancel a trip, we require a 24 hour advance notice prior to your pick-up time in order to issue a refund on pre-paid trips. Trips cancelled within a 24 hour period of time will not be subject to a refund.

* Wait time rates: For round trips with drop-off locations over 25 miles from our office location in Irving, TX 75039 that require over 30 minutes of wait time, a wait time rate of $40.00 per hour for wheelchair transportation or a wait time rate of $30.00 per hour for passenger transportation, billed in 15-minute increments, applies.
** Surcharge rates: For trips with pick-up addresses over 20 miles from our office location in Irving, TX 75039, for each mile over 20, a surcharge rate of $1.25 per mile for wheelchair transportation or a surcharge rate of $1.00 per mile for passenger transportation applies.
*** Deadhead rates: For one-way trips with the drop-off address over 20 miles from our office location in Irving, TX 75039, a deadhead rate of $0.40 per mile applies.
